Location: Nelson | Salary: £30,000–£40,000 + Commission | Type: Full-time

Our client is looking for a commercially driven Estimator to join their growing team. This hybrid role combines preparing accurate project quotations with actively developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed estimates for industrial and roller shutter door projects

• Interpret drawings, specs, and carry out site surveys when needed

• Build relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers

• Identify and win new business across commercial and industrial sectors

• Manage enquiries, prepare proposals, and convert leads into orders

About You:

• Experience in estimating or sales within construction/industrial sectors

• Strong technical understanding and ability to read drawings

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Highly organised, target-driven, and commercially aware

• Full UK driving licence required
