Estimator (HV)

Our client, a prominent player in the power distribution and energy sector, is seeking a HV Estimator to join their team. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work on bids, proposals, and tenders from 11kv to 132kv level, contributing to significant projects within the power utilities and transmission and distribution (TandD) disciplines.Key Responsibilities:Preparing and managing high-voltage (HV) bids, proposals, and tenders for 11kv - 132kv infrastructure projectsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and competitive bid submissionsAnalysing technical specifications and requirements to develop comprehensive tender documentationManaging the tender process from initial enquiry through to contract awardConducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies for tender proposalsNegotiating with clients and stakeholders to secure successful contract agreementsEnsuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirementsProviding technical support and expertise throughout the tendering processJob Requirements:Experience in preparing bids, proposals, and tenders within the HV (11kv to 132kv)Understanding of power utilities, power distribution, and TandD industry practicesStrong analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively within a team environmentExcellent communication and negotiation skillsTechnical background in electrical engineering or a related fieldProficiency in industry-specific ..... full job details .....
