Estimator

We have the opportunity to recruit an Estimator for our client located in Altrincham. The client is an interior fit out contractor who specialize in commercial office refurbishment projects across the UK. They have an excellent reputation and history of producing quality, fast track fit out projects across the sector. They work with both small and large companies who are looking to refurbish their existing office space or relocate to new premises. They mainly work in the commercial sector, but they also do projects in the leisure, health and retail sector from time to time. Most projects are interior fit outs but from time to time they work on new builds extensions. Duties include: Communicating with current and prospective customers, scoping requirements, taking client briefs using previous experience to provide a consultative approach Preparing detailed tender documents inline with client requirements Working closely with and understanding all aspects of design, production and operational process Negotiating Pricing for required Materials and labour BQQ/ Creation of SOR Providing Value engineered solutions Developing strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders Attending weekly management meetings Other Benefits Car allowance and company benefits Qualifications 3-5+ years experience working in an estimating role within the Interior Fit Out or Construction Sector Have strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent working knowledge of MS ..... full job details .....
