Working closely with operational and commercial teams, you will assess project requirements, engage with the supply chain, and produce detailed cost plans and tender submissions.Key responsibilities will include:Preparing competitive estimates and tender submissions.Reviewing drawings, specifications, and contract documentation.Obtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations.Identifying risks and value engineering opportunities.Attending site visits and pre-tender meetings when required.Liaising with operations, commercial, and business development teams.Supporting negotiations and clarifications throughout the tender process.Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.What You''ll Need to SucceedPrevious experience ..... full job details .....
