Your new company You will be joining a leading main contractor with a specialist fit out division renowned for delivering high quality projects across commercial, hospitality, cultural and public sector environments. Continued growth within the fit out team has created an opportunity for an Estimator to join the Belfast office and contribute to a diverse pipeline of prestigious work. Your new role You will play a key role in the pre construction process, preparing accurate and competitive estimates for a wide range of fit out schemes. Working closely with the commercial and operational teams, you will review drawings and specifications, develop detailed cost plans, liaise with supply chain partners and ensure that tender submissions are commercially robust and aligned with project requirements. You will support the preparation of tender documentation, assess project risks, analyse subcontractor quotations and contribute to value engineering discussions. The role requires strong commercial awareness, an ability to interpret technical information and a commitment to producing high quality work within agreed deadlines.
