Estimator

GVR Solutions are working with a specialist joinery fit-out contractor based in Epping who are-looking to appoint an experienced Joinery Estimator to support their continued growth. Our client delivers high-quality bespoke joinery and interior fit-out projects across a range of sectors and has built a strong reputation for craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities of the Estimator:

• Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for bespoke joinery and fit-out projects
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the tender process
• Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Managing multiple tenders and working to deadlines

Requirements of the Estimator:

• Proven experience in joinery estimating, ideally within fit-out or bespoke joinery
• Strong technical understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and installation
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and organisational skills
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
