GVR Solutions are working with a well-established drylining contractor based in Kent, is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of drylining projects to play a key role in securing and delivering high-quality work across London and the South East. Key Responsibilities of the Estimator: Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for drylining and partitioning projects Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation Conducting take-offs and pricing materials, labour, and subcontract packages Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations Identifying value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions Supporting bid submissions and tender presentations Maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams Requirements of the Estimator: Proven experience as an Estimator within drylining, interiors, or related construction sectors Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Proficiency in estimating software and Excel Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple tenders and work to tight deadlines If you are interested in the Estimator role, then please get in touch. ..... full job details .....
