With ongoing investment in the latest technology and training, and recognised as an employer of choice in the region, they consistently deliver exceptional repair quality and customer service.Your Responsibilities Produce accurate estimates for both insurer and private customersMaximise customer awareness of all Body Shop and Retailer servicesMaintain the highest standards of customer care and satisfaction at all timesEnsure excellent departmental administration standardsSupport the company in achieving industry-leading process efficiency Key Objectives Prepare detailed estimates in accordance with company and insurance procedures, utilising the provided systemsAssess the most cost-effective and profitable repair methodsApply Thatcham escribe and manufacturer repair methodology to determine appropriate repair techniquesDistribute repair methodology with job cards to production staff in line with PAS125 standardsReview estimates following vehicle strip-down to ensure accuracy and profitabilityObtain written authority and update management systems accordingly, ensuring readiness for invoicing upon repair completionEnsure written authority and agreed costs are secured for private customer work Additional Duties Initiate job documentation, maintain ..... full job details .....
