The successful applicant will join as an Estimator, taking ownership of the estimating process with the opportunity to shape the role around their own strengths and ideas. You will work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams, giving you the autonomy to manage your workload and make a real impact within a growing family-run business.

This Estimator role will include:

• Estimator role
• Taking ownership of estimates from enquiry
• Producing accurate and competitive quotations
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and customer requirements
• Liaising with customers and suppliers
• Using the CRM
• On site in Reading

The successful Estimator will have:

• Background as an Estimator / Technical Estimator / Project Estimator or similar
• Experience within a technical, engineering or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
• Live commutable to Reading
