Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will prepare robust time and cost estimates for new work enquiries. The role involves pricing a diverse range of opportunities, including: High-value, long-term contracts and framework agreements One-off projects typically ranging from 20,000 to 1,000,000 Diverse sectors including schools, universities, healthcare, bespoke builds, and warehouses Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation of accurate, competitive time and cost estimates.
