Estimator - Fit Out and Interiors Location: NorthamptonSalary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annumJob Type: Full-time The Company A well-established and growing fit-out company based in Northampton, delivering high-quality commercial interior and fit-out projects for a range of clients across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team and play a key role in securing and delivering new projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Estimator who is looking to join a successful business where they can make a real impact. The Role As Estimator, you will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive estimates and tenders across a range of commercial fit-out projects. Working closely with the commercial and pre-construction teams, you will analyse tender information, obtain subcontractor and supplier quotations, and ensure projects are priced accurately and competitively. Key responsibilities will include: Preparing detailed estimates and tenders for commercial fit-out projects Reviewing drawings, specifications, scopes of work and tender documentation Carrying out accurate quantity take-offs and pricing Obtaining and assessing quotations from subcontractors and suppliers Identifying project risks, exclusions and opportunities Producing competitive and commercially sound tender submissions Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams Attending tender meetings and site visits where required ..... full job details .....
