Estimator (Fit Out)

A turn-key contractor who manage the delivery of a wide range of infrastructure solutions on a national and international scale, from simple pipe repair to full-scale building construction. With clients ranging from large corporate private sector clients to MOD, MOJ and other government bodies.
Due to growth within the business, they require an experienced fabric/fit out estimator to join the team.

Your new role
As the lead Estimator you will be working as part of the fit out team and will be supporting on projects ranging between £50K – £3M, consisting mainly of existing buildings requiring a full refurb into the modern world.

The Estimator will need to show evidence they can accurately produce tenders, pitch and present.
What you’ll need to succeed

• Demonstrate previous estimating experience for minimum of 3 years
• Has dealt with Fit Out projects
• Show evidence of working on high end/quality projects
• Highly organised
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Provide a hands-on approach
• What you’ll get in return
  You will receive a salary of up to £60,000 – £75,000 depending on experince + package including healthcare & pension
