This a key role within the business, responsible for accurately pricing projects, supporting the sales process and ensuring a smooth handover from tender through to order. Duties and Responsibilities: Receive and review incoming tender information, ensuring all requirements are fully understood.Liaise directly with clients to clarify project scope, specifications and requirements.Prepare accurate budgets and quotations in line with client needs and company margins.Work closely with the sales team to support the wider bid and sales process.Manage multiple tenders simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.Keep the CRM system fully up to date with tender status, client communications and quotation details.Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
