Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure company governance procedures are followed at all times Work in coordination with the Bid Manager to ensure competitive pricing Agree methodologies and outputs for key activities with planner and, where appropriate, with Bid Manager / Design Manger Provide advice to Bid Manager / Design Manager on most cost effective design options Price alternative design solutions Procedure competitive price using methodologies and outputs etc to suit conditions/ situations relevant to the scheme.
