The role requires someone with strong estimating and pricing experience alongside broader commercial and contractual knowledge. The role: Prepare detailed estimates and commercial pricing for rail/infrastructure works Build project costs across labour, materials, plant and subcontractors Manage tender submissions, ITTs, PQQs and associated pricing Obtain, review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations Identify commercial and contractual risks within estimates Support cost control, change management, variations, claims and compensation events Manage subcontract procurement and contractual notifications Liaise and negotiate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal project teams Support wider commercial management through to final account What we re looking for: Strong estimating experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering or rail Experience pricing and tendering projects Strong understanding of cost ...
