EstimatorAmazing new opportunity to work with a reputable waterproof specialist contractor in East London.About the role of EstimatorOur client is a reputable water specialist contractor with an outstanding 35 mill + turnover. They specialise in spray applied liquid waterproofing systems, basement tanking and cavity drainage. They have over 30 years of experience across all the areas of the construction industry.Our client is looking for a sole Estimator to work on a hybrid basis and Undertake take-offs from drawing packs provided by our clients, Provide all information necessary for inclusion within the written bid submission and more.Responsibilities for EstimatorUndertake take-offs from drawing packs provided by our clients.Undertake the preparation of tenders and bid proposals allocated by our business development team for presentation to our directors.Provide all information necessary for inclusion within the written bid submission.Liaise with the Operations Managers to ensure all necessary information is provided for the contracts team once site works begin.Attend pre-contract handover meetings, all necessary bid meetings and client meetings as requested throughout the tender process.Chase tenders and request feedback from clients.Provide long term tender progress reports to our directorsControl of our online tender management systemRequirements for EstimatorProduce the commercial pack for sub-contractor tender submissions.Experience of pricing NEC/JCT contracts ..... full job details .....
