Compile tender submissions, issue and evaluate subcontract enquiries, and support final bid review and sign-off with senior managers. Build first-principles estimates in Causeway (and Excel) covering labour, plant, materials, subcontractors, traffic management and Local Authority fees - keeping cost models current. Gather the inputs behind a robust price - Gazetteer data, permits and restrictions from Street Works and Planning, quotations from Procurement, and outputs and programme from Delivery, including site surveys where needed.
