The role of an Estimator As Estimator you would play a key part of the thriving pre-construction team, responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for residential, commercial and student accomodation refurbishment projects, typically ranging up to -20m+. Providing a unique in-house approach delivering value and expertise in maximising offices into residential spaces with consistently high quality project delivery.
