As an Estimator, you will be a key contributor to the tendering process, producing accurate and competitive cost estimates that support the company''s continued success.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
• Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
• Identifying risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
• Collaborating with internal teams including commercial and project delivery
• Supporting bid presentations and client engagement where required

• Proven experience as an Estimator within construction or refurbishment
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of tendering processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
