Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor-

Location: Glasgow Head Office (Hybrid 4 office:1 WFH)

Job Purpose-

We are-seeking-an experienced and motivated Estimator /-Quantity Surveyor to join our-Facilities-Management team based in Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the commercial success of a fast-paced, multi-discipline FM environment, ensuring cost-effective delivery of services across a varied and dynamic portfolio. -

As a key member of the commercial team, you will-be responsible for-managing the financial performance of contracts, providing robust cost control,-accurate-forecasting, and commercial insight to support operational excellence.

Key Accountabilities:

• Working with Key Stakeholders and Category Managers on the-commercial lifecycle of FM contracts, from tender stage through to final account -

• Monitor project budgets and ensure value for money in service delivery -

• Work closely with operational teams to-identify-and mitigate commercial risks -

• Support procurement activities and subcontractor management -

• Produce-timely-and-accurate-commercial reports- -

• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry regulations

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline -

• Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role within Facilities Management or construction -

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, multi-discipline environment -

• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail -

• Commercially astute with strong negotiation and communication skills -

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel- -

• Full UK driving licence-required -
