Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for producing accurate, competitive tender submissions and cost plans for façade refurbishment and rainscreen cladding schemes. Key ResponsibilitiesEstimating & Tendering Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for façade refurbishment and rainscreen cladding projects. Analyse drawings, specifications and survey information to determine material quantities, labour requirements and project costs.
