They are open to: An experienced façade / cladding estimator OR A candidate with transferable estimating experience from a related construction discipline who can be developed The Role You will be responsible for: Preparing detailed cost estimates for façade and remediation projects Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical documents Producing take-offs and BOQs Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations Supporting tender submissions Working closely with technical and delivery teams For experienced façade estimators, there may be flexibility on hybrid working. For developing candidates, this role will require full-time office attendance initially.
