Estimator Curtain Walling and CladdingLocation: Essex (Office-Based)Full-Time PermanentThe OpportunityWe are currently recruiting for an Estimator on behalf of a well-established and ambitious Curtain Walling and Cladding contractor based in Essex.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work, where you will play a key role in securing and delivering high-value façade packages.The RoleThis position is focused purely on estimating and winning façade and cladding projects, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.Key responsibilities include:Preparing accurate and competitive tenders for curtain walling and cladding packagesReviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentsLiaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricingIdentifying risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost efficienciesAttending occasional site and client meetings where requiredSupporting the business in securing new projects and maintaining client relationshipsRequirementsProven experience as an Estimator (essential)Experience within Curtain Walling, Cladding, or Facades (highly desirable)Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and specificationsCommercial awareness with a keen eye for detailExcellent communication and organisational skillsWhy Apply?Join a forward-thinking, ambitious company with clear growth plansBe part of a team where your work directly contributes to winning projects and driving ..... full job details .....
