Overview This position will form part of a specialist estimating and commercial team, supporting the delivery of major infrastructure programmes and framework agreements. Based within a collaborative office environment, the successful candidate will work closely with project teams, clients, and supply chain partners to provide robust cost information that supports project planning and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Produce cost estimates at different stages of project development, ranging from strategic early-stage assessments through to detailed build-up estimates using recognised industry methodologies. Develop comparative cost analyses to support option selection, including evaluation of capital expenditure, operational expenditure, and whole-life cost considerations.
