Job Title: Estimator
Location: Near Maidstone (Office-Based)
Salary: DOE (Dependent on Experience)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a well-established contractor working on residential projects in the Kent area.

The Role:

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and supporting the pre-construction team across a range of residential developments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes
• Conducting site visits when required
• Supporting project teams throughout the pre-construction phase

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator within the construction industry (residential preferred)
• Valid CSCS card
• Strong understanding of construction processes and cost management
• Willingness to travel to development sites as required
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
