Estimator - Design & Build Main Contractor

Bracken recruitment are currently recruiting an Estimator for a Global Design & Build Contractor in Central London. The company have an impressive project portfolio and pride themselves on delivering high quality projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to further their career, working with a committed team of professionals. 

MAIN DUTIES

• Produce all Bill of Quantities
• Prepare and send Instructions to Tender
• Produce bid evaluations and technical alignments for all subcontractor quotes
• Produce tender return proposals

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Excellent knowledge and experience of Construction projects £25m+
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisational/time management skills
• Ability to work to own initiative and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Excellent IT Skills
• Hard working and ambitious
• Degree qualified or equivalent experience
