Estimator - Repairs and FRA WorksLocation: Oxford, Rainham or NorwichSalary: 50,000 - 60,000 DOE + Excellent BenefitsAre you an experienced Estimator with a background in repairs, planned maintenance, refurbishment or Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) projects? Have you worked with Local Authorities, Housing Associations or public sector clients?We''re looking for a commercially minded Estimator to join a growing team, playing a key role in pricing remedial repairs, FRA works and property improvement projects across public sector property portfolios.The RolePrepare accurate estimates for repairs, planned maintenance, refurbishment and FRA remedial works.Review drawings, specifications and schedules to develop detailed cost estimates.Produce take-offs, pricing documents and tender submissions.Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.Identify commercial risks and value engineering opportunities.Work closely with commercial and operational teams to ensure successful project handovers.About YouPrevious estimating experience within repairs, maintenance, refurbishment or FRA projects.Experience pricing works for Local Authorities, Housing Associations or public sector clients is highly desirable.Strong understanding of construction methods, specifications and cost planning.Excellent commercial awareness with strong analytical and numerical skills.Proficient in Excel and estimating software.What''s on Offer? 50,000 - 60,000 DOE25 days annual leave plus Bank ..... full job details .....
