Have you worked with Local Authorities, Housing Associations or public sector clients ? We''re looking for a commercially minded Estimator to join a growing team, playing a key role in pricing remedial repairs, FRA works and property improvement projects across public sector property portfolios. The Role Prepare accurate estimates for repairs, planned maintenance, refurbishment and FRA remedial works . Review drawings, specifications and schedules to develop detailed cost estimates. Produce take-offs, pricing documents and tender submissions. Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations. Identify commercial risks and value engineering opportunities.
