SALARY: -40,000 - -65,000 (depending on experience)

Are you passionate about precision, innovation, and delivering top-notch structural steel solutions? We are representing a highly regarded and forward-thinking steel fabrication company dedicated to excellence in every project they undertake.

They are now seeking a Estimator to join their commercial team.

The Role

• Support the estimating division, setting processes, strategies, and standards.

• Take ownership of all estimating activity across large-scale, high-profile infrastructure projects.

• Collaborate with Tier 1 main contractors on bids, tenders, and complex structural steel packages.

• Ensure accurate cost planning, risk analysis, and commercial input at every stage of a project.

• Work closely with the board and senior leadership on strategy, pipeline, and delivery.

About You

• Proven track record in estimating within the structural steel industry.

• Solid background of working with Tier 1 contractors and understanding their processes.

• Commercially astute, with the ability to balance client requirements with company profitability.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the drive to build and shape a division.
