Estimator

Our client is looking for a Junior Estimator to join their expanding team!

They''ve built a reputation since over 40 years for quality, reliability, and innovation in the fire industry.

With rapid growth over the past decade and big ambitions ahead, they''re investing in the next generation of talent.

What You''ll Be Doing:

• Support the Sales Team with project proposals and estimations

• Learn hydraulic calculation software and industry-specific standards (LPC BSEN 12845, NFPA, FM Global)

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates

• Collaborate on large-scale fire protection projects

• Develop skills in estimating, proposal writing, and customer communication

• Manage enquiry workflows and liaise with customers and suppliers

• Build a long-term career in fire protection, supported by a team of experienced professionals

Essential Skills

• Strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills

• Great communication and team-working abilities

• A proactive and positive attitude

• Organised, detail-focused, and time-efficient

Desirable (but not essential):

• AutoCAD experience

• Engineering background or interest
