My Client is a national house builder with an office in the Maidstone area. The Commercial Director is recruiting for an Estimator to join the Commercial team and produce estimates and viability studies for future sites.-

House building experience would be great, although a background in build or civils will also be considered. Coins experience would be advantageous.

The salary is circa -70K with a car or allowance, a pension, 10% bonus, healthcare, 25 days holiday and life cover.
