Estimator - Commercial & Light Civils Construction | North East

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estimator to join a financially stable regional construction company delivering high-quality commercial and civils projects across the North East. With at least 2 years of projects already guaranteed and a strong pipeline of future work, this role offers stability and variety.

The Role:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and take-offs for projects up to -20 million.

• Work on commercial and light civils projects, including steel structures and cladding systems.

• Collaborate with project teams on procurement, value engineering, and commercial reporting.

• Support tender submissions and bid processes to help secure new contracts.

What We''re Looking For:

• Proven experience in construction estimating for commercial or civils projects.

• Hands-on experience with take-offs and preparing competitive bids.

• Understanding of steel frameworks, cladding, and associated civils works.

• Strong numerical, commercial, and organisational skills.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
