Key Details:

• Position: Estimator
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role
• Projects: Commercial schemes up to £5m
• Benefits: Salary £40-60,000 + package, 25 days holiday, training, and career progression

The Role:

As an Estimator, you will be working on a range of projects, including education, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and residential.

With a focus on commercial schemes, you will work closely with an experienced commercial team, and will enjoy working closely to the construction process in an informal and friendly environment

This contractor has solid client relationships and a strong track record of repeat business and a secured order book for the current and upcoming year.
