This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estimator with a background in new build, refurbishment, or commercial construction who is looking to work on a varied portfolio of projects. You''ll play a key role in preparing competitive tenders, supporting business growth, and helping secure future work within a collaborative and expanding team. THE ROLE  Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for a range of construction projects. Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to produce detailed pricing and cost plans. Obtain and assess quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing. Identify project risks, value engineering opportunities, and alternative construction solutions. Liaise with pre-construction, commercial, and operational teams throughout the tender process.
