Working across a diverse portfolio, the role will involve pricing and estimating for a range of projects, with a strong focus on industrial refurbishments, alongside school refurbishment schemes and office fit-out works. Key responsibilities: Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for a range of refurbishment and fit-out projects Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents to assess project requirements Producing detailed take-offs and pricing for labour, materials, plant and subcontract packages Obtaining and evaluating quotations from suppliers and subcontractors Identifying project risks, value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams throughout the tender process Assisting with bid preparation, programmes and technical submissions Maintaining strong commercial awareness of market rates and industry trends Supporting handovers to the delivery and commerci...
