The estimator for a refurbishment company calculates all material, labor, plant, and subcontractor costs required to remodel or fit-out existing structures. They review architectural drawings, perform take-offs, assess site-specific risks like live environments, and submit competitive tenders to win profitable commercial Contracts.-

The succesfull Candidate will either have degree or Previous experience in a similarrole.-
