Estimator

CRS are working with a well-established specialist contractor to recruit an experienced Estimator for their Falkirk-based commercial team. This role suits an Estimator with a construction or specialist contracting background who is confident pricing works, preparing tenders, and working in a fast-paced environment. Estimator responsibilities: Preparing accurate cost estimates for construction and enabling works Reviewing drawings, specs, and tender information Completing quantity take-offs and pricing schedules Sourcing and comparing subcontractor and supplier quotes Producing cost breakdowns to support tenders Supporting bids from enquiry to award Estimator requirements: Experience as an Estimator within construction or specialist contracting Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing Proven tendering and estimating experience Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines Good communication and IT skills Package: Competitive salary (DOE) Company car or car allowance Permanent, stable role Supportive team and long-term opportunity Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm Company car or ..... full job details .....
