This role would suit an Estimator or similar with experience within rainscreen cladding, facades or specialist envelopes, strong knowledge of facade systems, and excellent commercial acumen who is looking for a varied role with progression and professional development. In this role, the successful candidate will prepare competitive tender submissions, analyse drawings and specifications, conduct site surveys, liaise with clients and the supply chain, assess project risks, and support commercial and project teams throughout the construction phase.
