The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for high-end commercial, residential and hospitality projects, with a particular focus on stonework and bespoke joinery packages . Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for stonework, joinery and specialist finishes packages. Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation. Carry out detailed material take-offs and labour pricing. Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations. Identify value engineering opportunities while maintaining quality and specification. Liaise with clients, architects, designers and the commercial team throughout the tender process.
