Your new roleWorking closely with the Commercial Director, Operations Team, and Supply Chain Partners, the successful candidate will be responsible for analysing tender documentation, obtaining supplier quotations, identifying project risks, and preparing cost-effective pricing solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for civil engineering and construction projects.Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for civil engineering and construction projects.Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and contract requirements.Carry out quantity take-offs and pricing exercises.Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.Develop comprehensive tender submissions within deadlines.Identify commercial risks and opportunities during the tender process.Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors as required.Attend pre-tender and ..... full job details .....
