Projects range from circa £1k through to £50m and include: CAT A & CAT B office fit-outs Commercial refurbishments (lobbies, receptions, floors, services upgrades) Works within live, occupied buildings requiring careful phasing Medium to large-scale commercial projects up to £50m Operating as a main contractor, the business manages full project delivery, coordinating multiple trades on complex, programme-sensitive schemes.
