Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate estimates and cost plans for high-end residential projects. Review drawings, specifications, schedules and other tender information. Develop detailed construction estimates from initial enquiry through to tender submission. Obtain and analyse quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
