This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estimator who enjoys working within a fast-paced technical environment and wants genuine long-term career progression.You''ll be responsible for producing estimates and quotations across a diverse range of construction products, interpreting drawings, liaising with customers and supporting the external sales team to win new business opportunities.ResponsibilitiesPreparing estimates and quotations from customer enquiriesProducing technical take-offs from construction drawingsLiaising with customers to gather project informationManaging urgent quotation requests and fast turnaround timesWorking closely with sales teams and manufacturing departmentsIdentifying additional sales opportunities within projectsEnsuring quotations are commercially competitive and profitableMaintaining accurate pricing and customer recordsThe Ideal CandidatePrevious estimating experience is essentialAble to read and interpret construction drawingsCommercially aware with strong numerical skillsConfident communicating with customers and colleaguesStrong Excel skillsExperience within roofing, cladding, rainwater systems, fabrication, construction products or building envelope sectors would be advantageousSage experience would be ..... full job details .....
