This is an excellent opportunity for an estimator with a strong main contractor background to join an established business delivering high-quality commercial fit out projects nationwide. Duties Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial fit out projects ranging from -200k15 million. Review drawings, specifications, scopes, and client requirements. Analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure competitive tender returns. Work closely with the pre-construction, design, procurement and delivery teams. Identify project risks, opportunities, exclusions, and commercial considerations. Assist with value engineering and buildability reviews. Develop detailed cost plans, bills of quantities and tender submissions. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and clients throughout the tender process.
