Estimator - Commercial Fit OutSalary: 60,000.00- 68,000.00 per year + PackageLocation: Manchester - Jobs nationwideJob DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a growing commercial fit out main contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for an estimator with a strong main contractor background to join an established business delivering high-quality commercial fit out projects nationwide.DutiesPrepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial fit out projects ranging from 200k- 15 million.Review drawings, specifications, scopes, and client requirements.Analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure competitive tender returns.Work closely with the pre-construction, design, procurement and delivery teams.Identify project risks, opportunities, exclusions, and commercial considerations.Assist with value engineering and buildability reviews.Develop detailed cost plans, bills of quantities and tender submissions.Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and clients throughout the tender process.Attend site visits, client meetings and tender interviews where required.Support the preparation of tender programmes and key deadlines.Ensure estimates are accurate, commercially viable and submitted within deadlines.Assist with the handover from estimating into the project delivery team.Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to support competitive pricing.Sector ExperienceCommercial fit out projects ..... full job details .....
