Estimator - Building Maintenance

The Role Working closely with the Bid and Business Development teams, you''ll be responsible for developing accurate and commercially robust cost models for planned maintenance, compliance, repairs, asset investment and energy-related projects. You''ll play a key role in supporting tender submissions, helping to shape pricing strategies and ensuring bids are both competitive and profitable. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed estimates and pricing models for public sector and social housing tenders. Analyse tender documentation, specifications, pricing schedules and client requirements. Liaise with operational, commercial and procurement teams to gather information and validate assumptions.
