Estimator - Building/ Fitout

Are you an experienced Estimator with a background in high-end interior fit-outs projects?

Our client is a leading contractor based in Co. Antrim wishing to appoint a new estimator for their growing team.

We''re working with a leader in hospitality and luxury retail interiors who are expanding their pre-construction function. This is an opportunity for a confident, commercially sharp Estimator who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the intricacies of high-end projects.

The Role:

• -Lead the pricing and tendering of bespoke hospitality fit-out projects
• -Prepare accurate costings for labour, materials, joinery, M&E, and specialist packages
• -Manage the estimating process from pre-qualification to final submission
• -Develop value engineering strategies and support project profitability
• -Negotiate rates with subcontractors and suppliers across the UK
• -Attend site visits and collaborate with project, commercial, and design teams
• -Contribute to pre-construction planning and advise on buildability and cost risks

You''ll Need:

• -Proven experience as an Estimator in fit-out, interiors, or main contracting
• -Excellent commercial acumen and an eye for detail
• -Ability to lead tenders and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• -Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
• -Proficiency in estimating software and Excel
