As part of their continued expansion, they are now seeking an experienced Estimator to join their pre-construction team and play a key role in securing future projects.The RoleAs Estimator, you will be responsible for:Preparing accurate and competitive tenders for new build and refurbishment projectsReviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentationProducing detailed take-offs, cost plans, and pricing schedulesObtaining and evaluating quotations from subcontractors and suppliersPreparing comprehensive tender submissions within agreed timescalesIdentifying value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutionsAssessing commercial and technical risks throughout the tender processAttending tender adjudication ..... full job details .....
