Estimator - Small WorksLocation: Liverpool / St Helens / Warrington - North WestSalary: 50,000 + Excellent Benefits PackageJob Type: PermanentAbout the CompanyOur client is an established organisation operating across the North West, delivering a broad range of construction, maintenance and property-related works.The business has a varied portfolio covering FM, Greenspace, Aids and Adaptations, Insurance, Structural Repairs and planned maintenance, with a strong focus on delivering commercially successful, high-quality services.Due to continued activity across its small works and maintenance programmes, the business is looking to appoint an experienced Estimator - Small Works to join its commercial team.The RoleAs an Estimator - Small Works, you will be responsible for providing the estimating function for bespoke small works associated with the business''s core construction and maintenance activities.You will manage incoming tender opportunities, develop competitive and commercially robust estimates, coordinate subcontractor and material packages and lead bids through to submission and adjudication.The role will suit an experienced Estimator or Quantity Surveyor with strong construction knowledge who is comfortable managing a high volume of tenders and working across a variety of small works and maintenance projects.Key ResponsibilitiesTriage incoming tender requests, reviewing scope, programme and information qualityDetermine pricing requirements and identify appropriate ..... full job details .....
