Key Responsibilities Preparing accurate cost estimates for façade remediation and construction projects valued up to £10 million Managing the estimating process from initial enquiry through to final tender submission Reviewing drawings, specifications, schedules, and tender documentation Interrogate and understand FRAEWs reports.
